Here at One good Turn, we respect your privacy, and do our best to protect it.
Our site does not automatically recognize your name, address, email address
or similar information. Personal information is recorded only if you place an
order or information request, and then only for internal company use.
When you place an order or access your account information we offer the
use of secure servers that encrypt your information and ensure your privacy.
Shipping Information:
All items are shipped by USPS. We will make every effort to ship your order
within 5 to 7 days. When ordering within the continental United States, you
can expect delivery within seven to ten business days. Basic shipping charge for all
items is $6.50, though naturally charges may be higher for larger purchases.
This includes insurance.

Warranty:
Our pens and pencils come with a lifetime warranty against any workmanship defects
or mechanical failure, excluding abuse, as determined by One Good Turn.
